This a group for new parents and their babies. An opportunity to connect with your creative side through gentle art practices as well as having the chance to meet other new parents in a welcoming and calm atmosphere. Especially designed for parents of babies under 1, come and reconnect with your creative self

Taking time for creativity has been proven to have health benefits, lift mood and improve focus. But most importantly, this is about you carving out a little bit of time for yourself.

Each session explores a different artistic technique, with space to experiment, play and create at your own pace.

The sessions are run by Jess Rafferty-White and Dion Saunders - sometimes together, sometimes individually. All materials are supplied and we promise no experience is

needed, just come as you are and we cannot wait to welcome you and your baby.

The room is accessible and within Trull Community Centre where there is a lovely community run cafe open in the day - perfect for coffee and cake after the class. There's a free car park in the village 2 minutes from the centre or you can easily walk down from the bus stop at Trull Stores.
