Making Paper Craft Art

Craft Club

A 6 week course at Taunton Brewhouse funded by Somerset Skills & Learning Multiply project

What is Craft Club?

A relaxed and creative 6 week craft course starting on Thursday 13 June at 10.30am funded by the Somerset Skills & Learning Multiply project.  It is free for anyone to attend if you are living in Somerset and aged 19+

During the 6 weeks we will try several different crafts together including making paper flowers, an air dry clay mobile and felt brooches.  All materials are included and I'll take you step by step through each activity.

There will be some maths chat along the way, but no tests or questions - don't worry!  The course is funded by Multiply which aims to help adults improve their number confidence and skills in daily life, at home and work. This can result in better employment opportunities and wellbeing.

If you are a new parent looking for something different to a regular baby club please do come along with your baby (pre walker) and they are welcome to snooze in their pram or a carrier while you craft.  The room will be set up with a cosy corner for feeding and changing your baby to make life easier and so you don't miss any chat.  As a mum of two little ones I would have loved to go to a craft club for adults when mine were new born so hence my desire to make this baby friendly.

Please book your free ticket and I will be in touch with more details.
